Rick Bellwood, CISSP, CBCP - Rick is a Senior Advisor of the Contingency Planning and Audit Division, National Security Branch of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada (PSEPC). As a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), he has worked for the Canadian Federal Government as Senior Disaster Recovery Analyst and Project Manager of Business Continuity Planning and IT Security since 1994 and as a consultant for a private sector firm in the Washington, DC area. Rick has been an ISC2 instructor since August 2000 delivering the CISSP Review Seminars throughout the world. Additionally, he is also part of ISC2's Quality Assurance Team responsible for reviewing course materials for the Common Body of Knowledge of the CISSP and the SSCP training programs. He has been a guest speaker at the several conferences in North America such as the Computer Security Institute and Network Security symposiums as well as universities throughout the United States and Canada (presenting in English and French).

David Bonewell, CISSP, CISA, ISSEP - David A. Bonewell is an information security trainer and consultant, drawing upon 29 years of experience in information systems management, project management, and physical and information security training. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and an Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP). He has held positions with the US Army Special Operation Forces, Booz│Allen│Hamilton, AT&T, Teradata /NCR Corp and Deloitte & Touche LLP. He complements these capabilities with years of experience as a physical security specialist, gained during his time with the US Army Special Forces. He recently contributed to the book, Information Security Management Handbook.

Matt Brussel, MCSE 2003, A+Net+ Instructor - Matt Brussel has been an IT consultant for over 20 years and a technical trainer for over 10 years. In addition to leading the actual training, Matt also contributes to the course content and exam prep study guides. Before his training career, Matt worked as an IT consultant in Portsmouth, RI. Brian D'Andrea, MCSE 2003, Security+, CCNA, CCDA - Brian worked for Hewlett Packard as the Senior Advanced Configuration Specialist and Team Lead. As a consultant Brian also was a Senior Support Specialist for Customer Premise Equipment for FIRSTUSA Bank, Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania, and University of Pennsylvania Hospital. Over the past 4 years, Brian has been instructing students on the knowledge to start new careers as Computer & Network support specialist and helping them better their lives.

Dean De Beer, GSEC, GCIH, GAWN - Dean is an information security professional with 10 years of experience in the public, healthcare and education sectors working with such organizations as Columbia University Medical Center and New York Presbyterian Hospital performing a combination of technical services such as risk assessments, penetration testing and incident response. In addition he serves as a Mentor for the SANS Institute teaching the Wireless Auditing, Incident Handling and Hacker Techniques Tracks.

- Chris Gates, CISSP, GCIH, C|EH, CPTS - Chris is an Ethical Hacker Network Columnist and VP of operations for http://www.learnsecurityonline.com/. For his day job, he currently works as a penetration tester for a large government contractor. In the past he worked for the US Army as a signal officer and over the years has worked with various satellite communications systems, worked with various deployable communications packages that allowed network connectivity in remote locations, served as a system and network administrator and as an Information Assurance Security Officer. Chris also holds his CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ Certifications and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) for Server 2003.

Hoffman, CISSP, CEH, CWNA - Affectionately known as the Wireless Guru, Dan has vast experience designing and implementing mobile workforce security solutions for Fortune 1000 companies as well as small to medium sized businesses. He is also a respected presenter at various computer security events where he is known for his live hacking demonstrations. His first book, Blackjacking, was just published by Wiley. His next book, Implementing NAP and NAC Security Technologies: The Complete Guide to Network Access Control, should be released before the event.

Kelly Housman, Microsoft Corp - Kelly has over 12 years of IT experience with the past 3 years of that with Microsoft Security technologies. He has an in depth knowledge of Microsoft’s security portfolio including ISA Server and Microsoft’s Forefront. He also holds certifications for both of those lines of products. He has been heavily involved with helping enterprises deal with complex security concerns around messaging and collaboration for the past 8 years. Prior to working at Microsoft, Kelly was an Internet security and international administrator supporting a global steel construction company. He also held security positions in the gaming industry.

Steve Kalman, CISSP - Author of the Cisco Press book, Web Security Field Guide, Mr. Kalman is a seasoned professional with over thirty years experience. Since so much of Computer Security is based on law or forensic evidence’s requirements, his main strength is his combination of legal and technical skills. Mr. Kalman is widely sought after as an author, instructor, forensic examiner and expert witness.. He teaches courses on Cisco, Microsoft, ECH, CHFI et al. He was recently featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer for his teaching acumen.

Jack Koziol - Senior Instructor and Security Program Manager at the InfoSec Institute and a provider of advanced ethical hacking training. He regularly is called upon to train members of the United States intelligence community, military, and federal law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Jack provides training for Fortune 500 companies, such as Microsoft, HP and Citibank on how to better secure their networks and applications. Jack has appeared in USA Today, CNN, MSNBC, First Business and other media outlets for his expert opinions on information security. Jack is the lead author of The Shellcoder's Handbook.
- Matthew E. Luallen, CISSP, GIAC, CCIE - Matt is a well-respected information professional, researcher, instructor and author. Mr. Luallen serves as the President and Principal Consultant of Sph3r3, LLC., a strategic and practical educational and consulting company. With Sph3r3 Mr. Luallen consults with both governmental and commercial sectors including a multi-client base of corporations, public utilities, financial institutions and healthcare organizations. He has provided assistance and architectural support for many information security projects including integrating compliance requirements associated with SOX, HIPAA and the NERC CIP standard. Recent endeavors include architecting and integrating protective controls for financial market transactions, virtualized environments and SCADA systems. Prior to incorporating Sph3r3, Mr. Luallen provided strategic guidance for Argonne National Laboratory, U.S. Department of Energy, within the Information Architecture and Cyber Security Program Office. In an effort to promote education and collaboration in information security Mr. Luallen is an instructor and faculty at several institutions. Mr. Luallen is adjunct faculty for DePaul University instructing the Computer Information and Network Security Masters degree capstone course. He is also a certified instructor and CCIE for Cisco Systems instructing security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion prevention, virtual private networks and general secure information architecture. As a certified instructor for the SANS Institute Mr. Luallen teaches wireless security, web application security and security essentials. - Jeremy Martin, Cyber Warfare Instructor - Jeremy is a Senior Security Researcher that has focused his work on Red Team penetration testing, Computer Forensics, and Cyber Warfare. Starting his career in 1995 Mr. Martin has worked with Fortune 200 companies and Federal Government agencies, receiving a number of awards for service. Jeremy is a published author, teaches, and speaks at security conferences around the world. Current projects include vulnerability analysis, threat profiling, exploitation automation, anti-forensics, and reverse engineering malware. Mr. Martin currently holds over 20 professional certifications including: CISSP-ISSAP/ISSMP, NSA-IAM/IEM, CEI-CHFI/CEH/CNDA/ECSA/LPT, IPTQ/IPTE, CASS, CHS-III, ACSA, Network+/A+. He is also active in the Information Security/Assurance world and is the current President for the Open Information Systems Security Group (OISSG) while sitting on the Board of Directors for Denver’s Infragard chapter. Jeremy is also an active member of the Business Espionage Controls & Countermeasures Association.
- Joe McCray - Founder of LearnSecurityOnline, Joe was a government contractor for the U.S. Army for 7 years. During those 7 seven years he served in several information assurance positions ranging from Information Assurance Officer, to Intrusion Analyst, to Information Assurance Network Engineer. Joe is currently the Security Practice Team Lead for a large network technology company doing penetration testing, developing their Security Assessment Methodology and mapping that assessment methodology to the various compliance standards and regulations (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, GLBA, ISO 27000/27001, FISMA, SAS70, etc).
- Steven McGrath - Steven is an Information Security Engineer for a large enterprise. With a past history in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing financial institutions, he has a knack for breaking things and then posing how to fix them. With a heavy Linux and UNIX background most of the projects he works on are focused on these and security related topics. Just make sure you put rediculously large dish repellent on the roof of your car before speaking with him. - Warren Peterson, President of SCP - Warren Peterson is the President, and co-founder of the Security Certified Program (SCP). In addition to his role as President, Warren also functions as the lead author for instructional content, and has written nine leading IT security books, including all current SCP courses. In 1999, it was Warren’s vision to create a program that addressed IT security, and the SCP was born. Warren has overseen the company’s growth from delivering security programs in one Chicago classroom to SCP courses delivered throughout the globe.
- James Shewmaker, Bluenotch, SANS - Jim has over 15 years experience in IT, primarily developing appliances for automation and security for broadcast radio, internet, and satellite devices. He is one of the first GIAC Platinum certified Malware (GSM) experts. Jim has written and audited questions for GIAC and is on the Advisory Board. Jim is a founder and active consultant for Bluenotch which focuses on investigations, penetration testing, and analysis. He has contributed to the courseware in various SANS courses including Security Essentials and Reverse Engineering Malware: Advanced Techniques.
- Andrew Whitaker, CCSP, MCSE, CEH et al - Director of Enteprise InfoSec and Networking for the Training Camp, where he performs penetration tests and teaches ethical hacking and Cisco courses. He has been working in the IT industry for more than 10 years, specializing in Cisco and security technologies, and has performed penetration tests for numerous financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies. Andrew is the lead author of Penetration Testing and Network Defense by Cisco Press.
- Brian Wilson, CISSP, CCSE - With over 13 years experience in IT starting with a tour in the United States Army, this Ethical Hacker Network Columnist has worked in and out of the US Government in many different organizations and technical roles including a stint as a Cisco Certified Instructor. Currently he works for one of the largest US broadband providers (ISP) as a Senior Data/Voice Engineer supporting over 3 million High Speed Internet/ VoIP subscribers. He has attained a number of industry credentials covering many aspects of IT including CCNA, CCSE, CCAI, MCP, JNCIA, Network+, Security+, and many DoD Certifications. He also uses his knowledge of IT to benefit a number of charitable organizations.
- D’Sunte L. Wilson, CCNA, PMP - After receiving the Chapter Member of the Year at University of Buffalo National Society of Black Engineers, D'Sunte went on to become an expert in many programming languages and database platforms. He also formed a successful business that is rated among the top ten Minority Business Enterprises in Los Angeles County in information technology. He now does a number of training projects for such high profile clients as Boeing, Unisys, and Xerox. BTW - You better to be ready to work as he also finished the Rhode Island Marathon.
